Founder & Leader
Carmen J
Our founder is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist whose work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping individuals and families heal. Her journey through mental health and substance‑use recovery shaped her mission to create safe, judgment‑free spaces where people of all ages—young adults, parents, and seniors—can rebuild their lives with dignity and support. She blends trauma‑informed care, faith‑centered encouragement, and empowerment‑based mentoring to guide clients through meaningful recovery and personal growth.
As a job coach, she specializes in helping young adults navigate the challenges of recovery while building stable, purpose‑driven careers. Her approach focuses on confidence building, workplace readiness, and real‑world life skills that support long‑term independence. In her multigenerational CPRS work, she helps families break cycles, strengthen communication, and heal across generations. She believes recovery transforms not just individuals, but entire family lines, and she creates spaces where every generation feels valued, heard, and supported.
Her vision is a community where recovery is accessible, compassionate, and rooted in authentic connection. Her promise to every client is simple: your story matters, your healing is possible, and you will never walk this alone.
