These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by FineTune Consulting LLC (“FineTune Consulting”) ("FineTune," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

FineTune Consulting provides non-clinical, peer-based mentoring and life-skills coaching delivered 100% virtually. Our services include peer support, life skills mentoring, goal planning & accountability, and vocational readiness coaching.

Our services are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis intervention. Our mentors are not licensed mental health professionals, physicians, attorneys, or financial advisors. Nothing on this website or in any session establishes a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or fiduciary relationship.

If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, or safety emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number, or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have verified parent/guardian consent where permitted) to use our services. By using FineTune, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Sessions are scheduled through our intake form. We will follow up to confirm availability. You agree to provide accurate information and to attend scheduled sessions on time. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in pausing future scheduling.

Fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you prior to your session. Payment terms, refund eligibility, and any program-specific policies will be outlined at the time of booking. Sessions are not reimbursable by insurance.

• Engage honestly and respectfully with mentors and staff.
• Maintain a private, safe environment for virtual sessions.
• Use the services for your own personal development, not for unlawful purposes.
• Not record sessions without prior written consent.

We treat what you share with discretion. However, because we are non-clinical, our communications are not protected by HIPAA, therapist-client privilege, or similar legal confidentiality protections. We may disclose information when required by law, when there is a reasonable concern of imminent harm to yourself or others, or as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

All content on our website and within our programs — including text, graphics, logos, workbooks, and frameworks — is owned by or licensed to FineTune and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Results vary by individual; we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment, behavior change, or improved well-being.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FineTune Consulting LLC and its mentors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FineTune, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued service is not appropriate. You may discontinue services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which FineTune Consulting LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
